For the business community – especially the large global groups – it is absolutely crucial that employees, customers and partners can get to and from Als quickly and efficiently. The airport makes Sønderborg a far more attractive place to live than many other places.

Therefore, since 1.7.2021, Sønderborg Airport A/S has been co-owned by the municipality and the Bitten and Mads Clausen Foundation. The partnership has great ambitions for the future – especially in terms of the green transition. Read more about it here.
