DELAYED LUGGAGE

Should you unexpectedly not receive your luggage upon arrival at Sønderborg Airport, we ask you to notify staff at the counter in the arrivals hall. We will then search for your luggage via our World Tracer system.

When the luggage arrives at Sønderborg Airport, you will be contacted to collect it. Luggage can also be delivered by prior arrangement.

If you still have not received your luggage after five days, the search will be forwarded to the airline, and all enquiries must then be made to Alsie Express by phone: +45 88 81 11 11 or by email: info@alsieexpress.com
